Because the pattern of discharge printing is more detailed and realistic, the pattern is rich in layers, plump and gorgeous, with strong color contrast, clear and delicate outline, and full background color, so it has attracted more and more attention.
The discharge printing process can be roughly divided into two steps, that is, the fabric is first dyed into a single color, and then the pattern is printed on the fabric.
Discharge printing should also pay attention to the following points:
(1) The paste selected for discharge printing must have certain acid resistance, additive resistance, good storage stability and easy depaste, etc. Moreover, good permeability, uniform printing, and clear outline are required; after the fabric is printed with discharge dyeing paste, it should be fully dried to prevent color build-up.
(2) The fabric after printing should not be stored for a long time, and should be steamed in time. If one steaming is not enough, it can be steamed again to effectively improve the discharge effect.
(3) Discharge printing dyeing should try to use dyes with better whitening effect. If necessary, some dyes with medium whitening effect can be selected to adjust the shade, and dyes with poor whitening effect should not be used.
(4) After the discharge printing fabric is steamed, it should be fully washed and soaped to improve the printing effect of the discharge printing. This is an important factor affecting the whiteness of discharge dyeing.
(5) When designing the original manuscript, the characteristics of discharge printing should be considered to design the pattern. Generally speaking, the patterns suitable for discharge printing include large-area dark ground color printing, fine white flowers and some complex patterns.
The rayon fabrics and reactive dyes we produce generally use Diaobaikuai (Diaobaikuai) or Degulin as the discharge agent. The fabrics printed in this way have better sales and higher price grades.
